Insulation

The Thermal Envelope of a home is one of the critical parts of the home system. A tight envelope that is well insulated and treated properly at all sections creates a building that will be efficient and quiet.
In an effort to move our homes forward in energy efficiency we are pushing to have Foam as the standard in our wall assemblies. Most commonly we utilize Open Cell in the vertical walls and Closed Cell on the attic flats and and concrete sections that are to be insulated. The foam application delivers a completely filled void that is ideal for air stoppage and maximizing R-Value per inch.
Here is how it looks being applied in one of our latest projects (YouTube link)
